Talking

Hey everyone,

I'm new and I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Amara, but i tend to go by my nickname "perky".

Anywayz, i'm female and a senior in High School. I have recently become interested in cars, and i hope to meet other car-lovers. My dream car is the Nissan Skyline GT-R (1999), but in the future i'm looking at getting a Toyota Celica.

I would want to upgrade or "customize" my car, and maybe get stuff like: neons (Streetglow), new steering wheel, shift ****, pedals, spoiler, hood, etc...

So see everyone around!

Why not a Rx-7

Welcome to NoPistons... Hopefully we can talk you into something with rotors later on but at least the Skyline and the Celica (previous body style) are nice cars.

I LOVE the nissan skyline GT-R. Badass. Anywho, if you wanna be cheap (like me) get a first gen they are fun to play with and "customize" as you say. If you got the money I'd say FD is the way to go but it's going to be about 12K for a used descent one. Ditch the celica idea go rotor that's. Just my $.02

Welcome! Please feel free to browse the generation forums, look up the member's rides threads, and get some ideas for what you want from your rotary! (I know you can be convinced to pick up a seven!)

welcome, I'm kinda new too. Skyline heh? If it has pistons it's at a disadvantage. We have a couple here in Colorado, no big deal. Welcome though.
