im picking up an 89 fc. just thought i would introduce myself and maybe get some info on the car im picking up.

what i have here is the owner bought it from another that rebuilt the motor. he ran it for a while and since feburary could not start again.

he replaced spark plugs, fuel pump and filter. im assuming its flodded. it cranks but will not start. maybe i can start it so i dont have to tow but what do you guys think?

and what else would you guys recommend checking out?

my history spans from honda civics to mazda 3 and now a rx7 so any help would be appreciated. looking foward to learning a new car
