Hey guys, my name is Ian. I just got a 94 R2 RX-7 the other week and am loving every minute of it. I live in a small town in PA and I get hell from everyone here I guess because they are all ignorant to the rotary engine. But the first great sense of satisfaction so far was my first Mustang GT who's doors I blew off!! Anyway it's great to finally have a place where there are other rotor heads willing to share tech info, and great pix of their rides.

Welcome to the jungle (or the nut house) Ian. Thats great that you have already started schooling the locals to recognize RX-7 tail lights. You will learn to keep visual aids in your FD otherwise you will be fighting a loosing battle trying to explain rotaries to ppl. Some ppl are eager to learn, others you just can't reach...

Yeah, I've only had the car a few weeks and already I have been accused of owning a "Hooked up Probe" HA!! NEVER!! a "Lotus", and even a "Viper". I wish I could say I was joking. Maybe it's the nuclear power plant that's only a few miles away, or the overabundance of mullets in this area? Hey at least I figure with all the mullets around, the more stangs and camaros I get to thrash on!!! You should see the look on their faces when I tell them they got smoked by a 1.3 litre!! The rotary will always be king!!!!
