Did that shot to the door punch through? If not, guess hes lucky, a .45 and you might be cleaning up some blood spillage

no this is not normal at all where i live ive never even herd a gun shot where i live. there was nobody in the car the ignition broke and we couldnt start the car it was left alone for 1 hour at 5 in the morning and this is what happend.
