NO -- i just looked that up in google images and those are very ugly.

Ya know, it makes me think -- after 1970 all the cool cars started going downhill (shall I name names? Mustang II? Charger? El Camino, anyone?) -- apparently around 1970 there was a Gremlin in car design... (forgive the pun)

NOTE: i said, "after 1970 all the cool cars started going downhill," ah ha, see see? cause YEAH the LS6...? *wipes a tear from my eye*

but i digress:

The car for sale has now become two cars for sale as of this afternoon. First on the auction block is a 1988 RX7 Convertible, 5-speed, black on faded black paint. 165,000 miles but not stored properly and has been sitting for three years. The tires were newer 3 years ago, as were the engine seals and top. It's pretty decent. Interior is gray and is worn a lot. Single lug wheels. It may or may not run, and we're not turning it over until it's been "unstored." Lee's Summit, MO, $1000 this week only. Just got power back today so no pics, it's not at my house.

BUT if I can sell my Prelude first, the RX7 will no longer be for sale!

Prelude is 1989 S, 5-speed, cruise, Pace Setter header, cone intake, lowered up front it looks like, on 16" wheels. I didn't do any of the work to it, I just bought it when my old man car Oldsmobile was stolen in Feb. The lady I bought it from said her cousin had been trying to make it into a race car. NO FART PIPE EXHAUST although I do have the 2"+ muffler it came with if you want it. To make it pass inspection I put standard piping on it. Quick, nimble and fun. $1250 OBO. Want this gone w/in the week cause I'd prefer to keep the RX7 instead!

Yeah! Listen to this guy! He knows his stuff!! =)

btw, odo on Prelude says 149,000 but it doesn't work. My best guess would be 215,000 but I hope I'm not shooting myself in the foot with that guess.

You need to make arrangements with me before Fri as to where it's going on Friday though- the house it's at is being sold out from under it.
