Hi guys,
I'm also on Rx7club under the same name. I'm not really that popular on there as I don't post on the general forums all that much. I mostly use the site for research and stuff like that. But getting to the point. My name is Robert, I live between Atlanta, Georgia (That is where my Rx is at the moment) and Winter Park, Florida (Orlando). I am currently going to school at Full Sail for Recording Arts and then again for Music Business once I get my AA degree. I am 19 soon to be 20. I guess I fit in the category of those kids that are getting these cars but can't afford to do major work to them. But I am using all Ive got to spare to keep this car meticulously maintained. I own a 1994 Mazda RX-7 Touring Edition. It is still running sequential with 99 spec twin turbos. The car is in Georgia awaiting a rebuild as there is a premature oil seal failure, with less than 10,000 miles on the engine. I bought the car in Connecticut about 7 to 8 months ago? My plans are to get the engine rebuilt with NRS ceramic 3mm 1 or 2 piece apex seals and NRS hardened apex seal springs. I don't need the protection of these seals, but the piece of mind I guess is worth it to me. After I get the money I want to put an Apex Tuning GT500R single turbo setup on it as well as do the 99+ spec conversion to the body. I also would like to switch to a V-mount intercooler. Ill post a list of modifications and pictures later down the road. Unfortunately I don't have any good pictures of her, but next time I'm up in Georgia I'll get some pictures to post. That will probably be a month or two from now.
