He means if you are sitting at work and click on this thread you will have naked women on your screen. In the USA this is very bad and you can get fired for it at the very least or sued for sexual harrassment at the worst.
Our country is very uptight when it comes to nudity.
You can cut off a womans breast in a movie and it will be rated R. Kiss a womans breast in a movie and it is rated X.
Cutting off the breast is more socially acceptable in this county.
