Exclamation corner seals, What passes for a good rotor.

Hi,
In the middle of a rebuild and one of my corner seals on the rear rotor will not fit. I Spent money just balancing rotating assembly. I am asking if anyone has had this issue and would like to give feed back as to if you it possible to hone it out a bit or light sand rounded hole. to fit corner seal. Racing Beat said the tighter the corner seal the better. Would it cause any problems to machine it, without upsetting tolerances. Theirs no damage to rotor corner seal. Just the hole it sits in is minimal wear. Does anyone think this can happen to fix it. Will it cause compression issues. Much help would be appreciated.
Already $16,000 into rebuild. Should of got FD instead.

Have new irons from promaz
Housings from GoopyPerformance
Atkins rotary rebuild kit.

Thanks.

Ok, fixed I now know It is a pinched seal. all good did some light honing with drill press.
Works great fits good. Noprobs.

Also I lost a small apex spring hope it does not interfere to much with performance.
I guess they only had one spring on the 12A, not sure if going to compromise. but we will see.
