adding pics to gallery

im a new member and im having troubles trying to add pics to my gallery. ive signed in and went to start a new gallery did everything it tells me to do then it comes back telling me im not allowed??? anyone who understands where im coming from with this HEEELP ME!

You can add photos to the registry for free and to posts for free the gallary and blogs are for VIP members only which starts at $3 per month or something like that you can view the options by clicking the subscriptions link. We do this because the gallery photos are remotelly linkable and it does use a lot of bandwidth and storage.
