and also rumor has it that chevy is going to build either a vette gts(based onits lemans sucess) or raise the bar on the zo6. considering ford is making the gt40 for like 110,000 and the viper is around 70 i think chevy can take a z06 (48,000) up to that level and still be cheaper.

yeah but how much money did he put in? i doubt hes some type of horsepower genius... somewhere alot of money went into it. for around 140,000 you can get a twin turbo vette from lingefleter that wll run the 1/4 under 10 and 0-60 under 2(1.98)... motor trend tested it... fastest car theyve tested to date... even beat the hennesey twin turbo viper(both were tested wih drag tires) with money comes speed

I dunno, I like the SS, WS6, and Vette but lately GM's quality have taken a **** dive. Have you ever sat in a SS or WS6? Where is the hood? All I can see is the dash. The seats suck, and one time when I was getting in my friend's 98 Z28 I ripped the door handle off. I used to own a Camaro and prolly would buy another one, but with GM's "new" quality they have been showing...I dunno.

ok motor trend did an issue that showed a bunch of gm concept pics ot the next gen camaro... some actually lookd pretty decent.. not the usual gm crap. gm wont let ford stand alone in muscle car sales. even though its a small part of the market gm will get back in...and yeah cobra i do agree with the whole gm quality thing... supposedly they are fixing it who knows. and yeah the visibilty sux.

Silver93tt how much power are you making? I don't know what that 2003 had power wise but my 2003 black Vert (heavy as hell but its nice having the top down) has O/R X pipe, 12" K&N, Borla catback, and 14.5psi and it is making 458rwhp and 471rwht. Not too bad for almost being stock. I know the new Cobras are heavy but for you to walk it you must not be messing around with power. 350+?
