I really dont know why you would even consider a heavy car like the 3kgt when you have the more suitable eclipse and galant--which btw can be made respectable by doing the (required for us market cars) engine swap.

I had one of those keep up with me through 1st, although it started to fall back once i hit 2nd before i killed it...

Let me put it to you this way. Cars that weigh just as much (Camaros..GTOs, Mustangs..etc) can run 10s or less. VR-4 3000GT's V6'es are packed full of potential. And with AWD, you have an effective means of moving that great weight. (To be honest, the weight is that AWD system..) But, don't downplay them because they're fat hogs. Those 3 liter engines pack a wallop. And, hell..leave it stock..You don't know a fun car unless you take one of those out on the twisties, or even the interstate. I had the glory of having a step father who owned one, and was nice enough to let me drive it. It was fun ;p

A 3000GT is a Galant + 300 lbs and a TT V6.

I would think the 3000GT would be a little trouble for the FD.. given both are stock..
