There are reports now of bone stock EVO VIII's running 13 flat, and I read some **** yesturday saying one with a full exhaust/intake hit a 12.5....**** me.. oh yeah, nice kill...poor car couldn't have had 1000 miles on it! Humm, break em in like you drive em.

are you sure it was actually an Evo? Did it have a carbon fiber rear wing and an FMIC and everything? Cause there still is just the "lancer" which is ****, to put it in a simple form.



anywho nice kill, i hear they're like s2k's if you don't launch right they suck but once you get the sweet launch spot it's all over for the competitors.

Good job, I don't think it will be long before those Evos get some major mods on them and then it will be pretty hard to beat them, even with our FDs.

 

I agree Bottlefield, and if you go to a lancer forum, then you'll see all the things that are coming out for them.

The lancer's are quick but just wait till the subaru STI comes out, it's even quicker...

BTW teknics, if it would of been the normal lancer's with no turbo then LannyRX7 would of smoke him by like 6 cars man.

 

I saw a blue one last night. Too bad I was in my slow 2nd gen so I didn't even bother.

 

We were out last night and got suckered into racing one of those.....I'll post the story but all i'm gonna say is for a bone stock car they move.
