Rx7 Vs G35

First race:
Have tested my launch rpm's lately so i went with the tried and true 4250rpm that i used to use. My current "snow" tires (225x60R16, with an all-season tread as compared to my 205x55R16 summer treads lol) apparently didnt like that so i got a little spin then wheel hop. Caused me to let off to prevent busting something. This let him stay even with me from the launch he seemed to spin some too so we're even.
i reel out 1st gear and the tires break traction high up in the band so i cut gas just logn enough to regrip and then gassed more. By this time we're still somewhat even. I shift to 2nd hard and walk my throttle up keeping my wastegate in check, tires break out again high in the rpm band but i dont give a ****, im owning him now by about 1.5 cars. Shift from 2nd to 3rd at around 6k because of slipping tires. BAM, im gone about 4-5 car lengths and i shift to 4th at about 6k and just proceed to shut it down as its obvious i killed him.
we go back to his friends, couple girls some guys and a celica mazda 6 and some weird honda thing i figure WAS an accord until he "fully kitted it out (as he called it)".
He gives me props and then slips in the "i had some traction problems at the launch". SO of course he wants to line up again, i figure great more practice lets go.
Launch this time at 4500rpm wheel spin but no hop. pretty much same results except a little bigger gap thru 1st and 2nd.
We go back to his friends, it starts to downpour randomly and he invites me to his place to chill with his friends and ****. Whatever, i was bored, girls looked good, might as well.
Go there decide to drink, bleh coors light. Everyone seemed cool and i decide i gotta go, i got work at 7am. SO as im saying peace this girl, becky, decides she needs to go home too and asks me to drive her. As if i dont know whats goin down, i kindly oblige.
So i end the night with 2 wins, free beer, becky's number, and introduced becky to my other friend who's with me always .
damn i love quick chek.
oh and the one kid said hes gonna try to get the thing on the computer but i dont think he udnerstood when it old him how to do it.
anyway, time for sleep, work tomorrow 7-5, ugh.
