I had been cruising around all day looking for a race and checking my afr in the higher gears. I was just about to turn home when a blacked out mustang gt pulled up. Looked to be the slower versions, the 96-98. I had a badge on the side that said something, but I couldn't make it out. From the rear it just said Gt and had the duals.. Anyhow I taunted him for a little bit, was hard to see past the tints, but it appeared to be a guy and his girl in the late 30s. Well I didn't think he was gonna bite, he was about 3 cars back and all of a sudden he came flying up really fast, I slammed it down into 3rd @ 5k rpms, maybe 60 mph? I realed him in hard as I redlined third, and I came up to his window and shifted into 4th, looked over and started walking him hard, then I let off due to oncoming traffic. I've raced mustangs before, but this guy seemed a lot faster than the other ones, but who knows. I was running 7psi on the stock turbo. Haltech tuned to 11afr, 13 degs advance, 118deg intake temp. Intake ports have been cleaned up, and exhaust is the size of the sleeve . Turbo is also shot.

7 psi, stock turbo! lmao I LOVE IT!

I'm telling you stock ecu's had these cars so conservative it's a wonder that they even had 180 hp.

There is nothing more satisfying than showing V8s that the rotary is the replacement for displacement!!!! Great kill!
