I didn't know the numbers just knew the SRT was a fast little rocket right from the factor.

Someone said they suck off the line? Wonder if that's because of wheel hop, the 1st gen Neon suffers from major wheel hop if you start to beef it up. (And yes contrary to popular belief you can beef one up and make it quite fast, cheaper then a honda I'm told. Of course all the plastic would probably fall off but hey! )

I wouldn't know, my Neon is a 95 base level automatic. Still runs!

Needs stickers and a wing and..

John, your car gets lighter every time you drive it...and the car behind you gets painted white.

sorry but i hate neons. they are the ugliest cars on the road besides kias. the fact that they are turbo and actually fast stock (unlike mitsu gt-s) is even more of a reason for me to not like them. but to each their own so...neon...heh.

This states the top speed of 155MPH, but I know I've had my FD to 156 with pedal to go - At least it was speedo speed, which I know has some hysteresis, but still.

if some races the neon from a rolling start...it comes down to whoever is the better driver. those cars r quick...they've been dynoed at like 228 at the wheels...and probably close to the weight to...only problem is that its wrong wheel drive

I don' know, but Dodge hit the nail on the head with this car, so they're looking to do it again. I'll see what I can find out.
