Coming home from dinner with a friend, my wife and I were in her '99 or '00 Hyundai Sonata slt v6, or whatever the best one is from that year, I'm not sure. I was in the back seat, with my 12-month-old son. We were stopped at a light, and one of those newer Chevy Monte Carlo's with the yellow paint and stripe down the side, tinted windows and low ride height, pulls up next to us, on the right. The right lane merged into the left up ahead about two hundred yards. I say, "He wants to go." So the light turns green, and Edna (my wife) accelerates quickly, yet smoothly. We were neck-and-neck until the lane started merging, so Edna let off so we all wouldn't die. We could've kept going, too, and kept up or beat him. (unless he wasn't doing all he could). Before we were married, we used to do this all the time in her car. (or her mom's volvo t5)

Before you tell me about racing with a baby, keep in mind this was a very clear road, no cars with a few hundred yards in any direction, and we probably never got over 55 or 60 mph.

it's like a chauffeur "with benefits"

but it sucks that we always line up with someone when she's driving...whenever I'm driving my 7 I'm always commuting, and never get to do any racing

and where is that batmobile located that's in your pic? I know there's a car museum where I live (sadly enough I've never visited) and the bat mobile is supposed to be in that museum...but I'm guessing there's several of them
