25psi? Are you sure that's going to be good enough? Just tell his *** to race you from a stand still.. and don't about his 150 shot. or at least don't worry too much..

momentum...

theres no doubt in your confidence speednyc but...

youll need to calculate prior to makin such a gamble..

knowin the equation will definitely work to your advantage....

if you must do so with a disadvantage..run both from a deadstop

with the s2k advanced x amount of car lengths...a handicap

on a side note..

any reason why this isnt done at the track...

we were both drinking when the bet was originally made, there was no real calculation done on my part, but i did realize the advantage he was getting by having extra momentum. i offered him the slingshot so he would look even worse after i beat him, my goal was to embarass him....

I would agree with that, racing nose to nose is the right way to do it.

I was talking to t and r about the race and they also agreed that it does not make sense to run anyone from that far back, only after we kinda did a quick comparison.

That is why Romeo did not take the race with 8-10 cars from the back. I also thought about this, if that honda lost, everyone expected it to lose...if the rx7 lost, thats a different story....

Race him head up next time Roan, let him do what he needs to do to run you. Makes no sense giving anyone the handicap anymore. You got money invested in your car, not to mention that you represent J and R.

No more breaks for anyone, head up or nothing. If they start to bitch, tell them go race another honda....

Just my 2 cents....

Anthony

you're absolutely right anthony.

normally i wouldn't race under those conditions, but it was a friendly race among associates. thats why i told you i didn't want a bunch of ppl there

i was embarrased to even tell anybody that i was racing against a stock honda. it was just supposed to be a quiet lil thing, but since i was getting phone calls on my cell from miami about the race, i figured it wasn't a secret anymore and i decided to post it here.

about the J&R thing, i dont think my driving that night is worthy of repping Joe. i'll let the car represent, and i'll just try not to embarass myself
