My First Honda Kill!

Ok as some of you know I have an 86 sport that I swaped in a 88 auto SE motor in place of the MT 86. Well I have the AFM Adapter with a elcheapo cone, all emissions removed, No ps, Leak at the exhaust manifold, non functioning 5th&6th ports, and a fucked up catback with a cat that after the race looked like the surface of the sun.
Ok back to the race. It was a honda civic that was at a friends house and we decided to run it for fun. I asked him to pop the hood. he had intake headers and a full exhaust. So I said whatever it is for fun. So we went to the mini drag strip and and at the line i could here his car was rumbly I knew he had to have some internal work done, I have heard other hondas with internal work done and with a sick cam they make that sound so im like whatever. He says on the third beep 1,2,3, I dump it at 6K and since I got new falken tires on it chirped a bit and grabbed hard. through first I had about a 1 1/2 cars 2nd he started to cact up by shut down he was at my rear bumper. 2nd run he got only up to 1/2 car close to me. BTW he has a B16a. I think my car should do alot better if all my stuff is good right?
My car did good I got back home and cleaned her up and gave her a sponge bath.

Well as a matter of fact I did the whole swap my self. Only had help to lower the forklift while I centered the motor. of course I had access to a lift, tranny jack, Air tools, All kinds of odd tools, and the will to do it. One thing I never understood how 86 injectors worked with an 88 cpu ???? go figure.
