my friend and i were in this parking lot in his MR2 Turbo where our local racers like to hangout at night (safeway lot)

there was a 300ZX, 3000GT, some other stuff too

but then we see this black car pull in

i thought it was a FD but i couldnt quite tell so we we go follow it to where it was parking, and sure enough, it was a FD

i pretty exited cause it was the first time i had seen one in real life

so we pull up next to it and my friend says "nice car"

the guys says thanks and we drove off

he follows us

we pull up to the first stop light and it turns red

he pulls up next to us

so the reving start and the the light goes green

we take off

we were pretty equal in 1st gear but thenafter that the RX was gone

it was amazing

i was so happy

What did he have done to his MR2? The only one I've ever ridden in was a 91 N/A converted to a turbo with a 93 engine, bigger turbo, Apex PFC (first on a MKII in North America) and some other stuff, and I don't know of any FD's around here that would beat it that badly.

 

Good kill for the FD.What mods did the MR2 Turbo have?I was desiding wether to buy an FC3S RX7 or MR2 Turbo it's obvious which one I desided to get.
