I was down at the local car hangout last night and there was a c5 vette that supposedly ran 10's. He had big slicks in the back and skinnies up front. I was on street tires so he gave me a carlength. He killed me on the launch, as I spun bad, and pulled ahead a couple cars. I wasn't able to catch him within the 1/4 mile or so. We then went again from a 2nd gear roll. He got about a car on me but I was able to stay with him untill he shut down. We probably hit 120 or so, he didn't want to go too fast with his tires and I don't blame him. I gave him thumbs up and we talked afterwards. He had heads, cam, and exhaust supposedly dynoed at 440 rwhp. I was running 15 psi. He said next time he'd come down on street tires to make it fair. That or I'll get Vosko to drive my car
