so i am cruisin around the other night......... its late and as i am pulling out of the local conveniance store i noticed some low slung headlights and a mean growl behind me. the road goes to two lanes and a red light and sure enough its a new Z06. he looks over and laughs at my 93 Ford Escort WAGON LX, but then i hit the gas and show him what 1.9 litres of pure power sounds like. the light turns green and with a smirk at the guy i floor it to the rev limiter and dump the clutch. yeah thats right its a stick. after a few seconds of waiting for the clutch to engage my tires give a little chirp and my head snaps back into my seat......... well i would say it snapped it kinda just gently tapped the headrest. After i bang out ever gear as high as it will go. (i wouldnt know cause there is no tachometer) i finally hit 60mph in 5th gear. by that time the guy in the vette was probably home waxing his car or something.

but i had my Air Conditioning on so i think if i turned it off i woulda had enough power to beat him.
