Killed Another Svt Mustang Cobra

I was almost home from the Md BBQ.
I ran into this guy in a Teal green SVT Cobra. My guess was it was an mid 90's model. I admittedly do not know which model it was. It was badged as "Mustang SVT Cobra" So take it for what is worth. Anyway...
Ok we matched up side by on this 35 mph twisty road. He seen me coming up from about a half mile back. As I got up next to him he tried to run. I pulled up quick enough to wave him down. I said "not yet, go up through the light"
After this road straightens out where there is a light and then a fairly empty two lane straight that is about 1 1/2 mile long.
So i pull up next to him after we sat through the light and there was a car in front of us. So again I waved him down with "wait, not yet" Then when we were clear to run. I told him " ok, 3rd gear. On three, ok?" He nods. We are doing maybe 34-40 mph. Ok then I slowly let out three beeps. 1..2..3.. then I let him go first for about 2 seconds before I goose it so he doesnt feel like I jumped the count.
He pulled for those 2 seconds only then as my **** spooled it was bye bye,
I pulled past him and kept running up the road for about 1/4 mile. He either gave up or his **** is slow. At the end of that road I made a right to head home he jumped in behind and stayed back. He had to follow me for about 4 miles till i turned off as I beep and waved good bye. I was in good spirits I thought it was a good honest run. I dont think he was as thrilled about it.
I still want to go faster though. I need a bigger turbo...
