Killed A 550 Maranello
#1
I was going to my g/f's house a couple of nights ago and came up on a red Ferrari 550 Maranello. I've seen it on the road before but didn't get a chance to run it. I drove up and saw an older guy driving it but figured what the hell i'll rev up and see what happens. He went so I dropped it in second and spun through to till i hit 3rd and wound up passing him around 85 mph and by 4th gear I was a car a head of him. He just waved at the next light and went the other way. Just another win in Waco TX to go along with a ton of others against a bunch of F-body rednecks.

The 550's arent that fast in terms or acceleration. They have a high top speed (factory claimed 199 mph) but they are heavy so they take a while to get there. Remember, they are a grand touring car. I think Goodfella raced one? I still love the way they look and sound though.

No i'm still sequential. Figured I'd just wait to get the T-78 instead of spending money on the non-sequential mod. I got a buddy thats opening his shop today in Austin so I should be getting a lot more mods pretty quick.

It's called Promotion Racing, on I-35 between Breaker Ln and Runberg. I know the had to report to work on the 2nd, not sure if it's offically open to public but you should go check them out, they have bad *** mechanic. He's not really a rotary guy but he builds engines for pro drag that run in the 40k a piece.
