Alright I was on highway 270 for those who live close to me. Well I just had gotten done waxing some hoosier in a 2000 or so F250 V10 and noticed a bunch of lights not belonging to a car. Well the 1st one comes up. Black guy on a CBR nice bike! Well he looks at me and gooses it a bit. I knew I was going to get waxed.. well we went on a 70 punch. I dropped it and so did he 80.... then 90 then 100 comes at 100 he slowly begins to pull on me 110 he is now about a car length in front of me. 115 about 2 car lengths on me I hit 120 and he is about 3 cars and finally shuts down. Damn he had an explosive topend. I could hear him winding it out next to me and I could tell he was fully on it. So he either had an explosive top end or my car totally layed down. By the way right when I shutdown a YZF R1 flew by both of us doing at least 140-160.



So my question is this...



What do these CBR's run? This appeared to be a 600-650 or whatever.... so.....



He was cool about the run and I gave him the thumbs up

 

what were u driving, ur story confused me. the cbr600, the one i almost had, runs mid 10's. stock

did this guy not know how to drive? I know not all CBR's can be that fast can they???

 

i think he was just ******* with you. if he actually had rolled on it, it would have been bus lentghs, not car lengths.

 

bet he didnt know how to drive and he was in the wrong gear..

Best I could pull off is a 14 flat most likely... so I know I should get my *** handed to me but what do these things run with say a 200lb rider???

He must have been ******* with you, because most crotch rockets would kill most every ar out there. I had a roommate with an older POS CBR, and the only car that ever beat him was a modded C5.

 

Just cold air intake and a cooling fan....



I could hear him winding this thing up though....

because I am not that fast... but I am pretty sure he just didnt know how to drive it.....



I am quick for a more or less stock mustang... but many many many things out there are a lot faster! lol
