well hell that 1000hp viper in the last ultimate street car challenge by SCC only ran a 12.5. the dyno showed that it was 845 or so at the wheels. but still it only got a 12.5

 

but look at the trap speed....it was in the 120s for that viper....that was the track,...not the car.....120s is good for low 11s maybe high 10s...hp isn't directly related to the actual time, but trap speed pretty much is

 

nice... havn't seen the vid yet, but from what it says on the title.... nice kill for the FD owner

 

Which honestly sucks....I trapped 125mph in the 1/4 with 412 rwhp on upgraded BNR twins. You'd think a Viper making welll over 800rwhp would trap around 140 at least.

you missed my whole point of he fast that trap speed is related to hp...and also....weight is a factor...and driver

 

that is the rx7.com's ari yallon's car before it became all patriotic and went with the captain america paint
