So I'm headed west on Route 30 last night, and I'm cruising the passing lane doing 70 as usual, when I see the ever so common flicker of lights in my rearview mirror, and then nothing. I look back and I see this white Pontiac Grand Am riding some guy a few car lengths behind me in my lane. It was a late 90s or even a early 2000 model. Anyway, I think nothing of it and continue down the highway. A freakin Mac Truck of course finds it necessary to pass someone who is about a quarter of a mile ahead of me so now I'm behind him with nowhere to go. I glance back in my rearview, and "HOLY HELL THIS GUY IS UP MY ***"!!!! The clown in the Grand Am passed the guy he was behind and is now so far up my rear bumper I can't see his headlights. I look back and all I can see is a gross white "APC" sticker on his windshield, and a Monster tach on his dash. Well I'm stuck in limbo behind the damn 18 wheeler in front of me throwing tiny stones all over my car, and the lifeless old people in their oldsmobiles in the right lane..... UGH!!!! I look back and the Pontiac is letting off me a little, and bam he floors it almost to the point where he is gonna rail me!! Now I'm really annoyed. After about 3 miles of this crap continuously, the truck throws on its right turn signal, and slowly creeps over to the right lane...... "ARRIGHT *** BAG!!!!" I throw the shifter hard into third and BAM!!! I see that stupid Grand Am fade into the distance. I look down at the speedo by the time I reach 5th gear at wide open throttle because the right lane cars seem to be sitting completely still. Yep, 148mph, time to calm down. I slow down to 75and get in the right lane, and I see what appears to be a mile behind me this douchebag attempting to do a fly-by. This guy just doesn't get it. I slide it in 4th after barely coming down from my adreneline high while he is half a car length behind me in the left lane, and he never leaves the view of mirrors. 
He tried, I was doing 110mph this time around and he was at least 4-5 car lengths back. Eventually his right turn signal came on, he gave up and eventually faded into the mindless rubble of right lane cruisers. Definitely a liberating experience.

I hate those people that you know they have an inferrior car and try to play with the big boys..no matter how hard you spank them they just keep on trying and trying and failing..at the drag strip here I kept getting lined up with the same n/a 2g eclipse and he kept revving and giving me the look every time. I even over herd him telling his friends that he's going to beat me this time I kept stomping him worse and worse..later I'm walking through the pits and I come across him talking to someone. He was wondering why he couldn't beat an impreza 2.5 rs. whats funnier is the guy was trying to give him tips on beating me. right in the middle of this my friend walks over and says "you wanna know why you can't beat the impreza?" the dude said yes "easy your car is n/a and slow, his is turbo." Have lots of fun playing with those tiny fish jim.. get pics and video.

Heh, my first post, . Anyways since i just aquired my new 93 VR FD i thought i was worthy of posting. Your post reminded me of my hometown, Wausau WI where about 8-10 Grand Am's all riced out hang at a Laserpro carwash and act like they're all big ****. They used to give me **** when ide roll in there with the 87 NA FC but last Friday when i rolled in with the FD I swear every jaw dropped 4 inches or more. I went from trashy to classy in one night . Around here street racing is huge but there isnt really anything exciting cus its just civic, civic, civic, prelude, accord. I mean the fastest thing around was a MKIII supra. I swear im the only 3rd gen around for 200 miles in every direction. I feel lonely . But anyways everyone said they loved my car, its VR 93 R1 with white volk te37 18" rims. Ill get a pic up soon for my Sig.
