Well I raced Sidewinderx7's 91 TII a couple of times and we'd be pretty even untill I hit 4th gear, then I'd pull away from him. All of the times we started from a roll, and the result was the same ( :P Ha! Ha! my car is faster than yours Travis :P ). But I don't know why I beat him. He should have beat me. The only reasons I could think of were the slightly diff. gear ratios in the cars, and my car had the weight advantage. But the 17 extra hp he has should have made up for any of that. Any ideas why?

what mods on the cars

 

none on mine, and i dont think any speed mods on his either. He has a blitz blowoff valve and 2 guages ... i think thats the only difference in mods.
