Well the last street race bein held around here for this year went on last night. I got 4 races. 1'st race was a 12.5 sec VW. I beat him by about 4-6 car lengths both times we raced. The next race was a known 11.7 sec supra, but since has had a fuel system and a single turbo installed, his new est. time is a 10.6-11.1 i lost to him pretty bad both times we raced. My next race was up against a 11.8 TA. I lost to him both times we ran too. The prob i feel was that he was running slicks and i had street tires. He had me outa the hole pretty bad both times i think i might have stood a chance other wise. my last race was against a 5.0 stang he hasent run at the track but we think he is doin low 13's. Yea i walked him like no other both times we raced. There was a pretty big callenge laid down there too. It was the supra vrs a 98 camaro with a couple hundred shot of nos. We all thought the supra woudl win but he lost all 4 times. The funny thing is that the camaro blew his heads off on the last run. And he had a nitrious backfire on the 1'st. It's a sick camaro. I think he pulls 10.2 at the track. He was also using slicks but the supra only had stickies. The supra is goin to get cams and more tuning done this winter it's pretty sick. As for me i'm looking at a full fuel system, new clutch, greddy profec b, and a new exhuast. I'm shooting for 10's next summer. I think i'm goin to have to go get my engine ported too. Let me know what you guy's think.

Sounds like a lot of fun. You don't need your motor ported to run 10s, but it sure would help. I believe ErnieT ran a 10sec pass with stock port fd motor...
