Where can this RSOkinawa fugger be found? I have his IP from RX-7club but it doesn't look like an Okinawa IP address. Is he really here in Okinawa?

His IP address is in Florida, not Okinawa.

I just did some IP referencing and that fugger is NOT located in Japan for sure even though he puts he location as Okinawa!
