That small blurry pic was taken with my cell phone right before the cool *** EMT closed the ambulance door. They say the rollcage and bucket seat saved me from seruious injury and maybe DEATH. I was making a right turn ifrom a side street into the north bound lanes of a 4 lane road at 4:20am this morning when I got T-boned by an american who ran a signal that had been red for atleast 15 seconds. The south bound lanes turn red 15 seconds before the north bound lanes so cars can turn down the road from where I was entering. She hit me square on the drivers door. The rollcage and door are punched in about 8", the rollcage and high side bucket saved my hip from serious injury, the drivers door can not be opened, the rear hatch does not shut, the passneger door is difficult the open/close, on the driver's side of the car there is a 2" gap between the hood and fender, my 12 disc changer is dead, my HKS CAMP is dead, driver's side MB Quart's are DEAD, Greddy AF meter is dead, ..... that is all I saw this morning but I will look at it again when the insurance mis-adjuster checks the car.

Chris took a crapload of pics at the scene so I'll post them after he gives me copies. I can thank Chris for keeping the hulk away from the impound since he talked the cops into letting him drive the car back to the shop. Thanx fool!!

Gawddayum! Good thing for the cage. :bigok:

I hope you can get something good out of this since it was an American that hit you. I assume you are OK as you are posting this accident here. Just sue them for something like soft tissue damage. If you can swing emotional distress, go for it! Make that bitch squirm. Hell, you would've been a goner for sure otherwise.

Once I got hit by and American in traffic in the Kadena Rotary. They took off and I couldn't follow. It wasn't serious, but it did tweak the bumper of my POS Newman. The fuckstick Provost Marshals told me tough **** and sent me to the JP becasue it happened in town. The JP's told me tough **** because it was an American that hit me. I had the bastards info and description, but I took it as high as I could but was shut down every time.

Good thing you were able to keep the car away from the impound. The moment a car hits the impound, those ******* pieces of crap strip them down. I can't recall how many times that has happened to people I knew. Bastards.

My hip is killing me and my entire right side is sore but I am GLAD to be alive. I don't think I'd be making this post if I wouldn't have had the rollcage and I probably woould have had a severely crushed leg if I didn't have the bucket seat.

Driving sucks now because the site of every side street, changing traffic light and/or suspiciously unlawful driven vehicle sends me into pucker mode!!

Guys, let me tell you...Rutt car is FUCKED UP...If it wasn't for that roll cage, he might not be walking. His Honda(RIP) should be an ad for Cusco's roll bar's, becuase it really did save his life.

...and now I have to add that to my parts list now.
