What are the up coming events? On the island or on the mainland? The weather is even starting to get nicer up here in Misawa, so it must be real nice down there.

 

Yeah, the weather here is pretty much perfect down here in the West Virginia of Japan (Oki). I'm loving it. Hopefully it gets warmer real soon so the ladies will start shedding layers of clothes and start hanging out around Starbucks again.



Well, nobody here sports the ***** to go to the monthly gymkhana events. Hey, they count as track events. There is supposed to be a drag in March. Not sure who is sponsering it. HKS or whatever. Hopefully I'll have my car going again by then. A mostly stock GTi-R and only 150m to run in? Yeah, it should be fun.

HKS Drag Race here is in the middle of April. I think it's the 17th, but not for sure.. there was supposed to be a race in the middle of march, but I haven't heard anything.

 

We got a hold of some people at Highland and they said it would be 60,000 yen to rent the track the whole day. It has to be on a week day though.
