Has anyone installed these overlays?

It looked worth it for $36 and they will match my Autometer Phantom guages.

Hopefully, it won't look too :rice:

Did you actually get the gauges yet? I wonder if they are from that same fruit cake who never sells them when people win?

I bout some [U]reverse[U] indiglo ones on e-bay for aboutthe same 38 with shipping and they work great. to install you just take out the cluster and take it apart and put them right over the stock ones. you have to wire them to the light swicth though i basically went wire by wire with the lights on to see which one was the exact switch. set aside a sunday afternoon or something and just have a lil bit of patience. if you need anymore help e-mail me rxpower@hotmail.com and please visit my site www.2rotor.com and sign the guest book and tell me what you think. :bigok:

I have the guages now... they are not just cheap overlays like I was expecting. I'm surprised they were only $36! The shipping was USPS and was pretty slow but other than that, I'm satisfied. They each come wired for the indiglo lighting and with RX7 specific instructions for install.

I don't think its the same ******* that 13bace and others were bitching about either. The seller name is Autobacs1. I believe its just a company that gets them for cheap.

I'll look to post pics once I get them in (probably 2005 with how busy I am).
