Anyway. I will finish it off tomorrow.
I also am doing a filler neck and a water pump housing that I shaved the Air pump bracket off of. I have to go through emmissions testing then I will swap these parts on to my car. I'll sell the UIM I have on my car now if anyone is interested. $200. |
I'll trade ya https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

I don't understand what you're doing, Dave. Shaving the UIM? Usually shaving means removing, no? lol https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/unsure.png https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/boink.gif https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...R#>/unsure.png

I shaved all the front brackets off the UIM. The two for the WG and PC solonoids off. Also the mount of the pressure tank is shaved off. I shaved the casting lines off. I shaved off the ovel humps from the front side. Just compare that pic to any other 3rd gen UIM and you should spot the areas that have been shaved down. |
