body shop is charging me more than a thousand dollars to set the whole thing up again.
so......... can you guys tell me what i need to buy so that i can just slap on an aftermarket steering wheel on my car and just forget about the airbag
give me suggestions on what wheel to get, and hubs and whatever i need please
(since i hit a wall pretty much head on and my face didnt even touch that damn thing)
thanks guys

there is a hub adapter that many of the 3rd gen guys use. It also has the connector that gets rid of that pesky airbag light. Its a bit expensive as I remeber 170+ as I recall. But it takes care of two issues at once. 1 fitting the steering wheel on and gettin rid of the airbag light.

i like the momo wheel ... can i use a quick release hub on it.......
i kow it defeats the purpose of buying a stock momo steering wheel, but i always thought the quick release was pretty cool, and useful to deter possible carjackers

its not that easy to remove the wheels with the quick release even when you want to. There is a ring on teh back of the wheel that you have to pull towards you. we use them on our race cars, i don't think its possible to pull it off accidentally.
