well, as you all know i got into an accident, and my air bag deployed.

body shop is charging me more than a thousand dollars to set the whole thing up again.

so......... can you guys tell me what i need to buy so that i can just slap on an aftermarket steering wheel on my car and just forget about the airbag



give me suggestions on what wheel to get, and hubs and whatever i need please



(since i hit a wall pretty much head on and my face didnt even touch that damn thing)

You need only the wheel and the hub adaptor.

cmartinp28 I used a momo hub for my car, part number#

pn 12115115705, that was the number on the box , as I can recall there was no listing for fd but that was the one I used, think the hub was probably around 50-60 bucks cdn, it fits a momo steering wheel, and problably others too, not too sure which ones, hope this helps, with the hub and wheel, it will probably only cost you around 200-300, better than 1k

My FD has cruise control with steering wheel mounted controls... which I actually like using sometimes. I suppose it I put on a Momo I'd have to remove this?



I have a Momo Champion on my Miata and I LOVE IT.

you can get a JDM FD momo wheel that bolts on with no adaptors.

Direct bolt on, for $200.

also remember, its not just the air bag in the wheel, its also the module and

getting to where the module is to replace it.

yeah, i was aware of that....... which is a lil much for me at the moment.
