there is a bolt that you can reach directly to the side...... right in front of the wheel, so you might want to turn the wheel for your hand and a tool to reach it

you're gunna have to take the mud shields off if you want to put another bolt in there....... its a pain in the ***...... i just know this cuz i put in clear side markers back in the day

on the FC's flash to pass lenses there are nut inserts in the plastic housing of the light that rips out, maybe that happened to you?



If thats the case you can epoxy the thing back in place.
