A friend of mine who is an avid FD fan, informed me of an insane FD in Florida while he was down there that had as he described RE Amemiya racing seats!! I was on my cell with him and I told him to talk to the owner and ask where he got them. Apparently the owner was extremely secretive as of where these seats where obtained, and didn't appreciate our interest in the FD. Has anyone heard of these seats, or know how to get them, or even what they look like??? I'm pretty good usually at finding JDM FD parts, but this one is a complete mystery to me, I haven't found a single link, or shred of information if these seats even exist!!

I checked JT, and I they don't have any information on seats by RE Amemiya, if they even exist they must be discontinued(That's my best guess at least, or until someone proves my theory wrong). As far as the guy with the FD, he was described to me as a stuck up 40 year old rich bastard in a hurry. Probably had the whole damn car custom built for him by RE Amemiya in Japan.

 

RE Amemiya has red seats... they are like 990 i believe a pop and then you gotta make some brackets

Well that answers that!! Damn they're pretty sweet, they kinda remind me of Bride seats, but exclusive to the rotary world!!!

Yeah you never know. RE-amemiya did rebadge a lot of MS stuff a while back, but kind of dropped a lot of it. The seats have been kind of dropped too, but they might be MS.
