i searched for a thread on club that i remembered some guy did a write up on it but i couldn't find it.... any body got any links or how-to sites. i mean i have a general idea but i just wanna look at the different methods people used....

mothers wheel polish..... its a dirty job but it works great



eagle neverdull works great too, less messy

yeah that's what i was looking for, but if i am polishing rims the table buffer wouldn't work so well...

ok guys i'm kinda serious now, i wanna know what grit paper to use and what kinds of polish,glaze, wax whatever i need, cuz i am obviously clueless in this dept.

I got a shop for ya that'll polish your rims... and they do an incredible job in repainting and repairing damaged, bent, or even cracked rims...

If you mean the thread on the evil forum called "think your GXL rims are ruined? Think again" it is in the second gen archives. The guy used a power sander to remove the pits from the wheels and went to some fine grit sandpaper or something before getting a buff pad. His handle is Amur_
