used a dremel for the initial first 240 to get the imperfections out...

had to go back to 150 as 240 wasnt coarse enough..

been sandin by hand with 320 and 400..

it may be feasible may be not...contact a boat dealer an ask who does propeller repair. These shops have serious buffing wheels with all grits and a buffing wheel.

For 50 bucks they can do it all and in no time and no sweat to you.

They can get a shine like chrome no problemo.
