I've seen an RX-8 front on an FD before.... About to strip my FC down shortly and was thinking about doing something else on the front... FD or RX8 perhaps?



I know this is pretty involved... wondering what others have done before.

 

If you could post some pics of these conversions i would like to see it.

 

FD front end conversions on fc's have been done b4 by rotary extreme I think it was and a few others that I can't list right now. They might of used fd fenders also but I can't remember for sure it's been awhile since I been around the forums really posting and looking up on stuff like I used to. My TII's to stripped right now to even think of a bodykit etc. I was thinking about customizing up a fd front but im not sure about it right now. I would rather put more money into the motor then the body, but I already have a good 1200 or so into the body as is right now and it's far from finished yet lol so who knows. I know a guy that's great with customizing body's of cars that you could talk to about it for some pointers and what it really takes to do what you wanna do. rotary extreme just mated an FD aftermarket front bumper to an otherwise all FC car, it wasnt any front end conversion, no different fenders or anything like that.



AFAIK theres never been a full FD frontend on an FC.
