Okay, to start some of these pictures were taken from my blackberry, so the quality isn't as high as the others.

First off, this is what happens after 20+ years. lol

This is the panel that the factory front right amp + speaker sat in, because there is no mount for a speaker i had to make a mounting plate.

i took off the metal bar bracket in order to make room for my plate, its actually the bottom half of a fireworks tube i had from the fourth... but it works. It's secured by milliput, when this stuff dries it is rock hard.

The stock grills did not clear the new speakers, so i drilled out the plastic rivets holding the stock grills in and replaced them with these alpine ones.

Yeah, you can't see it in the pictures though.

It's just a regular 2channel @ 200 wats powering the rears and tweeters, sitting on the rubber back there. (for now)

I'm not a fan of the bright white alpine covers, i think i will repaint them smoke grey or black, i haven't decided yet.

Well it arrived.

Protip: You need to push alot of the wires out the sides near where the kick panels and hide them down the carpet on the passenger side... But it fits.

Also, i used a 1'' block on the bottom, and a 1/2'' piece of carboard to secure it since there isnt a double din kit for this, i also used this sticky tape stuff.. im not sure what it is but it's a rubbery foam with adhesive on the back, it fits securely.

I need to adjust the height a little bit, but it fits okay for now, I dont notice the gap while sitting in the seats so meh.

And some night shots, the screen dims a little bit when you turn your running lights on so you aren't blinded while driving

I'm pretty happy with it so far, everything is extremely clear, 100% volume and no distortion at all, however i do miss subwoofers... I think i might end up buying them now... damn car audio is a disease.

Before i do that i need to fix my damn power steering hose.. it cracked and shot fluid all over the damn place... And than if i get woofers, i'm going to get a 140amp GM alternator.
