At the bottom of the page it says 57000 and 55000 I suppose those would be the prices in yen.

Sorry I don't have the link that gives the definition with diagrams but basically it sucks air down from under the wing (while the flat part pushes air down above the wing). I'm not sure how much of an advantage (both pulling & sucking ...damn booty call please "lol") it is but it seems to be the latest thing on carbon wings.
