scoot hood is nice. the great thing with it other than all the huge openings is that front opening feeds air to the turbos to help cool them. the bad thing is the duct that feeds air to the turbos wont work with aftermarket strut bars.

I have the Carbon Fiber, Knightsports, (not installed yet). thought i would work best for the V-mounted intercooler that is my next purchase. I have seen one painted and it is sweet, and works w/ the original frount bumper.

I like the scoot hood, but you can't use a front strut bar.
I have a buddy here, well kind of. He has the Scoot hood original one, and the R1 bar fits? Does it not fit in the US?

I like the hood, but I love the RE AD9 one hehehe "OH yes it will be mine"

My version fits with the stock strut bar and also a cheap $30 strut bar made by Bomz Racing. If you want to use the Cusco strut bar, you will have to cut a slit on the center duct for the strut bar to go through.

Just for info the original Scoot hood fits with the original strut bar too.
