come on guys one of you all has to know!

You can buy adaptor harnesses for the wiring, as far as removing
the old radio goes I cant help you there, never did one on a FD. Or you can just use a test lead and figure out the wiring yourself, thats how I always do it. Usually people who own FDs are used to tinkering with thier cars and they just figure it out as they go along. At least thats how I would go about it if I had to install one. |
well yeah i agree i pulled the whole bose stereo yesterday and i just dont know how to rewire it to my kenwood...so i was hoping someone else could tell me which wire goes where and etc....well thanks anyways
any other suggestions? |
the wiring isnt hard to figure out with a test light
|
how do you figure out the wiring with a test light ...sorry i am new to this...could you explain to me what i have to do
|
with ignition on find a switched 12v source to use test and make sure it goes off with the key, with the ignition off find a constant power source. a ground should be simple to find. That should be about all the wiring youll have to to get the H.U. to work. Will you be using an amp or connecting in to factory harness for the speakers? I cant really help with that part becuase its specific to the car.
