ok i'm sick of not seeing **** at night... esp after driving a dual xenon system in a 2k3 a4 for the past 5 months while my fc was FUCT.... i've always been interested in the east bear kit and the knight sports kits for the fc... the knight sport primarily because i can still use a cold air cover and get some extra air into my intake... and the east bear because i can shave some extra weight and get rid of the headlight motors that always like to be a problem for the past year or so.... do you guys know anywhere where i can get either kit cheap i would like to do something during the summer while i'm painting the car and fixing stuff anyway....

and please don't hit me with the reamemia fc2k kit... i love that kit but i don't think i can really do it on my fc and still drive it around here.... i know the cops would give me **** for not having front turn signals, but it is damn sweet hehe

oh and mind you i was going to try and make my own lazy eyes kit but the lights that i had wouldn't fit properly... i was getting the front end off of my friend's totaled integra type r... but his hid's and ballasts are still up for grabs, and i have first dibs if i can get myself set up with lighting soon...

just so you know NO i was not going to take the itr front and fit it on the fc... i was just going to customize the light housings and fabricate new brackets and some extra parts to mount them in kinda a psudo knight sports kit under the light covers

1. re kit does have front turn signals.

2. sleepy eyes wouldnt have improved your lighting anyways

I think theres some kind of sylvania bulbs or housing or somethign that'll improve your lighting, maybe somebody else knows exactly as i cant remember.

lowering the clearance of my headlights will definately improve my lighting when i'm transferring in a seat of dual xenon projectors from an audi into some custom fabricated housings in place of the stock sealed beam garbage that should have never made it out of the 80's.... the whole point is to put on a set of h3 or h4's for the time being until i acquire my ballasts and projectors... then it's all out bright cutoffs... i was just looking to see if the kits are available anywhere for a decent deal anymore... i haven't seen an fc east bear or knightsports kit at anything worth spending in a while

oh and btw where are the front signals on the re kit... because it didn't look like they were there unless it's right in the headlight housing... i guess the shitload of picture of the fc2k kit i've seen i was just missing something

try these, these are the Ecode non-DOT and offer the best value in a lighting upgrade. I had an 02 A4, so i know whats it like going from a projector (xenon or not) to a sealed beam. Sucks, these are super good though

yeah i was considering the standard sealed beam to h4 conversion as my last ditch effort if i just got lazy and didn't feel like hunting anymore....

to be honest with you that's probably where i'll end up just because i have to start my body work and paint soon and start getting the car looking good again for summer and if i don't decide by the time i do that stuff then i'm just staying stock looking and cleaning the car up... but thanks for the input guys... hopefully i can either find a conversion or find housings that fit next to eachother under the light cover then i can just make my own ks style kit
