OK, im looking at getting some gauges for my car. But at the same time would like to stick to the stock interior lighting on the FB, red.

The only gauges ive seen that come close and might not deviate too much from the red interior lighting, are the digital ones.

Are these any good?? Is there a reason why analog ones are better??(I rather have analog, anyways) And does anyone know if there are analog gauges with a black background and red numbers??

looked in summit but didnt find any...

thanks

The only gauges I can think of that have black backgrounds and red illumination are the POS Omori gauges.

I personally like electronic gauges. Defi!

How many are you trying to get? If your getting one or two, then Greddy isn't bad since you'll only have to install 2 control units. If you go more, it's easier to get Defi/Apexi since you'll install 1 control unit for ALL YOUR GAUGES.

are auto meter gauges that bad. im pretty sure there are better ones like the defi. but all you guys with the thousand dollar mods can get the expensive stuff. disco at nite. hehe

also can any of these be calibrated or recalibrated. i can get them calibrated at work if necessary.

the boost gauges seem to be off by like 2-3psi, the rest of them are ok.

All the NHRA domestic drag cars use auto meter gauges, I just think people like the fancy dancy ones.

Auto Meter sells different quality gauges
