Sorry for asking 2 questions that's been asked millions of times, but how do you get the emblems off with out chipping the paint and what is the best way to roll the fenders w/o buying a fender roller? Thanks

heat gun or hair dryer for the emblem, a plastic scraper of some sort
works good to pry it away from the metal. Then some adhesive cleaner to remove the glue. Good idea to follow it up with some glaze and some wax, sometimes you may need a light compound to buff it up a bit as its probably shinier where the emblem used to sit. Rent a fender roller, or have a shop do it for you, or if you are brave you can do it the way they have been doing it since the hot rod days of the 1950s long before a tool was invented for its purpose and thats to use a wooden baseball bat and a heat gun. |

I used a dremel and cut out the edge of my rear fender, since it was rubbing my 275s pretty bad. I tried rolling them but the paint kept cracking. Maybe with a heat gun the paint would be ok. It only took a few mins to cut with the dremel though.

I have also heard of people using a heat gun and dental floss to remove
the emblems if you cant find a plastic scraper |
if the emblem is stuck and I pull the emblem hard.... will it damage the paint?
I have to friends who work for bodyshops and when i asked them if they have a fender roller, they said they never seen it before... wonder why they don't know or have it |
