sorry for the late reply... but Fiske is right.. but I didn't use the existing bolts.. since it would push the skirt in to far.. I liked mine sticking out a bit... I got stainless steel screws and washers to install mine... if you notice.. it's mounted further out...

Jeebus Christ, I love your car.. I looked at mounting them out a little, didn't care for it much, so I used them factory bolts. I'm not planning on getting an aftermarket front or anything, so I think this'll work well for me.
