In my 87 se i bought the previous owner had a series 5 center console to replace the original that broke. I replaced that with the series 4 one. Now i need to put a CD player in. What fits inside of that console and how does it stay up. I dont have any supports for it or anything. If anyone has some pictures or tips i would greatly appreciate them. Thanks

Try Circut City or Best Buy, places like that. They make a plastic filler for aftermarket stereos.

 

so you dont have a radio bracket or did i missunderstand that?

 

To my knowledge i do not have a stero bracket. Youd have to describe it but i have nothing but empty space. Nothing to hold a cd player up or anything. I need to get something but i dont know where? Maybe yank one off an old series 4?

 

yeah id go to the junkyard or something and get the bracket from a 7's radio.

 

im sure someone with a parts car can hook you up
