Ok, my FC (the new project car) I pretty much torn completely down, and this car is going to be a complete build up no expense spare. I was going to paint the car back to its orginial color, which is black, but I have been thinking about doing something else. Since I have the car torn down for a few more weeks, now is the time to shoot the engine bay.



Any suggestions and pics of a paint color that look amazing on a FC?

Maybe I should have been a little clearer. The only color besides pink or some other color like that, that I don't like on cars is white.



I love look of good deep rich black, but black is a complete bitch to keep clean and it shows every flaw in the paint.





I have thought about some of candies, anyone have nice pics of candied pant jobs?

 

What would the car mainly be for? Drag, autoX, or DD? I would do CYM or IBM. CYM is always sharp in my eye, and IBM is just gorgeous. Do a flat black. Nasty sleeper look. Do the flat black that is on all of the streetrods these days.

 

Its basically street car, it will probably see two track days a year and autox every month or so. It will even see the drag strip every once in a while.

 

what color is the interior. gray, or black? if it is black do Comptetion Yellow Mica or Innocent Blue Mica. That would look really good. That is just me. Or do the red that Jay(turbovr6) has recently done to his car. The saleen 'stang red. Looks sweet.
